Who is Kade Mitchell?
As a teenager he barely felt anything and couldn't bear being touched. Then Stacey. Something broke them, and he went deep into a world that doesn't let people walk out. The book cuts between then and now, and what really happened comes out a piece at a time.
What does Kade look like?
Wavy black hair falling over his forehead, a sun-kissed tan, a muscular build and fresh tattoos everywhere, one of them inked over the rose he once got for Stacey. His silver-blue eyes have gone darker.
