AlchemisedSpice level, tropes & is it dark romance?
by SenLinYu
Spice 3/5 (Hot) · Darkness 5/5 (No light) · 8 trigger warnings flagged · Standalone
Alchemised is the brick everyone is carrying: over a thousand pages set after a war the good side lost. Helena Marino was a healer for the Resistance, she has a hole where months of her memory should be, and she is sent to the estate of the High Reeve, a necromancer, so he can dig out whatever she is hiding. It is a standalone, it is shelved as dark fantasy, and it is darker than most of the dark romance shelf. This note is ours. It is not a publisher blurb.
First published: 23 September 2025 (Del Rey in the US, Michael Joseph in the UK). Standalone.
